At Drinktec 2009 Celli has dedicated a special corner to water towers and water dispensing coolers.
Drinktec 2009 has offered to the Company the occasion to set up a new corner devoted to the exhibition of all water dispensing products. In the corner were shown professional water dispensing coolers and (under counter and over counter version) relative water towers, such as Uniko water font, with its exclusive spout with UV lamp, and the elegant water tower Moon, with electronic keyboard.
Eos Quilmes
The valuable collaboration of Gabriel Migoya, owner of company Seveco, our sole distributor for Chile, encouraged the emergence of a strategic relationship between celli and Quilmes, famous brewery of the Inbev group. The relationship was made possible thanks to the success of the Eos tower project, now the brands leadimg tower and presented in the official Quilmes communication. The project was followed directly by the Quilmes marketing department, in particular by Marcelo Lapegna, Tomas Fracchia and Sebastian Rodriguez. See the video.
New headquarters
On the 1st of September Celli S.p.A. is in its new plant in San Giovanni in Marignano.
The confidence of the Celli family in the company and its future is clearly marked by the investments made in 2008 for the new plant and new equipment in it. It was established with energy saving, respect for the environment, welfare and safety of workers in mind, all in a general framework for greater efficiency and quality of the various production processes. The new plant, built in record time, is certainly a showpiece in the territory and a comparison for the entire industry as well as for modernity and technological innovation.
Today, the production processes of Celli SpA are gathered over an area of about 15.000 m2 served by an uncovered area and parking devoted to logistics and transport.
Counter-Go
Counter Go
This system has been specially designed for low volume establishments and consists of a compact refrigerating counter for use in limited spaces in any indoor or outdoor application, such as bars, restaurants, hotels or small social clubs.
The mini-counter is designed to contain standard commercially available stainless steel beer kegs: and can hold either one 30 litre keg or two cylindrical 20 litre kegs (one in use and a second spare keg).
The CO2 bottle may be fixed to the outside of the refrigerator counter door or installed elsewhere: at the rear of the refrigerator is a connector for the CO2 supply.
The revolutionary aspect of this new system is the innovative disposable beer line, rendering periodical sterilisation of the lines unnecessary. The line is discarded and replaced at every keg change.
As a result, the system is kept completely clean and hygienic by replacing the line, ensuring a perfectly poured beer every time.
Both the tap and the tower feature a special locking mechanism facilitating the opening and closing operations involved in installing and replacing the line.
This system offers numerous advantages for both the bar-owner and the customer:
- Product kept cool and in excellent condition at all times, ensuring quality and a perfect head
- Guaranteed hygiene
- Practicality
- Compatibility with standard kegs on the market
Advantages for the brewery:
- Peace of mind, knowing that the customer is always served a top quality product
- No need to sterilise lines, eliminating related maintenance costs
New Celli Towers
“ELEGANCE” TOWERS
Commitment, innovation, design. Courageous challenges dedicated to change that are aimed at creating added value to the customer which is expressed in the most difficult sophistication: simplicity. The three new towers continue the Celli style, combining simplicity and linearity of the form with the elegance and beauty of detail. In a year of major change and investment, Celli is pleased to present the valued pieces of its 2009 collection, examples of modernity and elegance to be customised with care and passion: the same that Celli has for its clients.
EXTREME
A tower with a sinuous and sophisticated style, which with its simple and subtle lines catch the eyes and enhances the brand.
The Extreme tower is made of brass and is available in standard chrome and gold finish. Other types of finishes are available on request, such as satin gold, satin chrome or black nickel.
The customisation of the tower can be achieved through the round badge holder in the version with and without LED lighting or, on request, with a drop badge holder.
This tower may be flooded with glycol in order to obtain the classic ICE effect, or recycled water to achieve a striking condensation effect.
LOTUS
Elegant and sober, Lotus is the tower for those who seek a harmonious balance.
Made entirely of brass and provided as standard in chrome and gold finishes, or with satin gold or black nickel finish on request. Again on request the tower can be made with a satin finish on the body and polished chrome relief or vice versa. The particular process gives the tower’s proportions elegance and harmony. If the client requires, the part in relief on the front can be personalised by laser engraving, so as to enhance the charm of the entire unit.
The Lotus tower is also designed to be flooded with glycol to give an ICE effect, but it can also be flooded with water in order to obtain the condensation effect.
The Lotus was designed expressly for this purpose, through the dual chamber system within the body of the tower. The said system, already on the market with the Eos Ice and Falco Ice models, provides that the beer tube is not in direct contact with the glycol in order to decrease the temperature of the glycol up to -7 ° C, avoiding the risk of freezing beer.
ERY
Small, versatile, lightweight and above all a very attractive price.
The Ery tower is intended for those who want a small tower but with an appearance typical of the original Celli design.
The Ery tower is made of brass with chrome or gold finish as standard and with satin gold or black nickel on request. This tower can also be flooded with glycol to obtain an ICE or condensation effect.
The advertising of the product being dispensed can be made through a special double sided badge holder in the standard version or the version with LED lights.
The possibility to customise the tower by means of a special drop badge holder to be directly inserted on top of the tower’s body will soon be available on demand (see rendering). The column will not be available in the ICE version in this case.
Ecco Blizzard 3

The name BLIZZARD/3 has been given to this wholly unique new series of glycol coolers with truly revolutionary features, born of an ingenious and innovative idea (Celli S.p.A. patent). With each individual kit it is possible to obtain 3 results, namely:
1) – Ice effect on towers
2) – Extra cold beer
3) – Ice bank (cooling reserve).
The available configurations will be;
3 upright undercounter units with 30/50/75 l tank.
2 carts, 50/75 l.
Numerous advantages are to be gained with this series, since a single cooler can perform three functions and there is no longer a need to have several units arranged in cascade:
- Greater available space
- Lower purchase costs
- Lower energy consumption
- Shorter installation and maintenance times and thus reduced operating costs.
BLIZZARD/3 is equipped with a single evaporator, a single tank and agitator with pump. It is therefore simple to use and can be fitted with the same coils as used in the GEO 30/50/75 models for beer at standard serving temperature and a longer coil for extra cold beer.
The 300 l/h glycol recirculation pump, made of brass, is situated under the tank and can deliver glycol and enable the ice effect to be obtained even at considerable distances. The glycol passes through the python, which must be adequately insulated (recommended minimum insulation 19 mm.), eventually arriving at the tower so as to generate the ice effect and keep the beer EXTRA COLD along the way. The presence of an agitator and pump allows two pythons to be used to prevent the beer from freezing when the towers are a considerable distance away and the glycol for frosting them is a temperatures below -5°C.
The thermostat is digital, with dual control and display for viewing the temperatures in the tank and of the recirculating glycol.
A special container assures a reserve supply of glycol and includes a level sensor that will automatically cause the pump to stop in the event that the fluid runs out, thus preventing damage to the pump itself.
