Cocktail Machine is a revolutionary digital system to prepare and dispense alcoholic and alcohol-free cocktails.

HOW IT WORKS

Once installed and connected to the ingredients – with the possibility to use up to 15 channels for spirits, juices, purées or syrups – Cocktail Machine is immediately ready for use. Just one press of the touch screen interface and you can select the drink to dispense from the more than 80 pre-set recipes in the system software.

Every recipe is accompanied by a guide to suggest the perfect serving glass, the amount of ice needed, and even the garnish to add the finishing touch that gives every drink its irresistible appeal. At this stage it is also possible to change the alcohol content of the drink, replacing or removing ingredients and storing new recipes.

Cocktail Machine can dose every ingredient in millilitres, guaranteeing a perfect professional cocktail with beautifully balanced flavours, in just a few seconds.

Cocktail Machine gives you complete independence to manage your system, either on the premises or remotely, using the relevant APP on a smartphone or PC. A high-tech system with the very latest applied IoT and in cloud systems.

APP FOR PERFECTION IN EVERY GLASS

A simple, intuitive interface, with clear, guided steps so you can make the perfect cocktail and mocktail every time. The operator can check the status of the dispenser any time, managing ingredients and analysing the system data for business purposes as well as predictive maintenance, for full system control.

ABSOLUTE CONNECTIVITY AND SECURITY

With the Cloud connectivity function, it is also possible to monitor data for one or more machines at the same time, for single sales points or for all of the premises operated by a single customer. Real-time reports are available for the type and number of cocktails served, consumption, ingredient levels and above all, takings. All these data are available on your computer or smartphone whenever you need them.

PRIMEMIX

Prime Mix is a line of fresh, premixed products ready to use, specifically made for use with Cocktail Machine and developed with the support of professional bartenders. With Prime Mix, you can make over 80 types of cocktail and mocktail from the most popular and well known recipes.

Every product is delivered in special bag-in-box packaging to preserve the freshness and goodness for long periods (even once open and connected to the Cocktail Machine), with no need for storing in the fridge.

GIG15

GIG STATION

With15 independent channels like the GIG15, GIG Station also has a large drip tray, a 12-litre ice bucket and all the space you need for glasses and garnishes. It also has an aluminium frame and brushed steel panels, plus four castors with brake to make it extremely light and easy to handle.
