Certified quality

The philosophy of Celli S.p.A. has always been aimed at the full satisfaction of their customers.

Quality is not just associated to the finished product. Quality is part of a complete process that includes a good service and technical assistance. We guarantee each of our customers a reliable assistance service that can be implemented in an efficient and continuous manner. Confirmation of the quality is the best result we can hoping to secure, as well as an important incentive that impels us toward continuous improvement.

Each department is encouraged to make the most of their potential to ensure high standards of quality, from the design to quality assurance, from the control of incoming components to the correct functioning of the finished products, by carrying out laboratory tests and inspections. Special chambers with controlled temperature and humidity simulate the different climatic conditions to which the product is subjected, varying depending on  the market to which it is destined.

The internal policy of Celli S.p.A. concerning quality has always been strict and rigourous, pushing towards an initial IMQ certification on their systems in the early eighties. The course towards a steady expansion of its certification has continued over the years, reaching important results.

In 1993 began the implementation for the achievement of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 1994 certification. The objective was achieved with success on 12 July 1994. On January 2002 Celli S.p.A.obtained the UNI EN ISO 14001: 2000 certification. In 2003, the company also became dealer of the TÜV brand , Ecorit shareholder and member of WQA since 2000. All products intended for the German market are also SK approved and endorsed.
