New energy saving Bluetech

A new product developped by Celli in which the cooling unit is housed inside the cooler and features energy saving components, though there is no tank to fill and keep clean. The truly innovative aspect is the large carbonator with a nominal 30 litre volume.

As the soda is in direct contact with the ice, it comes out of the cooler at a temperature at approximately 2°C lower than that of soda produced with conventional systems.

The absence of the tank simplifies the installation and maintenance of the system, as there's quite simply no tank to be filled with periodic level checks and replacement of water when it's dirty.

All that's needed is to connect the inlets for water and CO2,  soda circulation (IN and OUT) and plain water out.

Syrups are cooled in a heat exchanger located inside the dispenser tower, which is kept cool by soda circulation.
