  • Mauro Gallavotti
    Mauro Gallavotti comes from Milan. He is married to Lorella and has two children, Vittoria and Filippo. An Economics and Business graduate, he undertook various post-graduate courses be- fore entering the world of basic food commodities in the Italian branch of Nestlé. In that company he gained experience in marketing and sales, eventually entering the General Directorate of various businesses, also with an international footprint. Leaving in 2007 he joined a top Italian consultancy firm, The European house Ambrosetti, as the person in charge of Marketing&Sales and the basic commodities sector. In recent years he has taken on numerous strategy, innovation and turn-around projects in medium-sized Italian companies. he has also spoken at various conventions and workshops.

  • Christian Biserna
    Pte Ltd
    Christian founded Celli Asia with Mr Celli in April 2005 - Together they had identified a huge potential in Asia. With Christian’s international experience he began making in roads and the company has been going from strength to strength, growing year on year. With a firm understanding of how to do business in this region, they now have strong ties with all the major players. After completing his University Degree in Economics and Banking from Siena University, he immediately set out to Asia, knowing it was the place to be. Having grown up mainly in Africa but also Thailand and Philippines, as the family followed his father’s work abroad – he has no hesitation with landing in unknown places and enjoying the discovery of new cultures. He was based in Hong Kong in 1999, Manila in 2000 before settling in Singapore in 2001 – realising it was the epi centre of the region. He continues to enjoy living in Singapore with his wife Amanda and his twin daughters, Chloe and Arianna.
  • Daniele Ceccarini
    Group Technical Director
    Daniele joined the Celli Team in 2015. After obtaining a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Bologna State University, he joined Magneti Marelli France in 1996 as an analyst and engine control designer. He then continued to develop his experience at Magneti Marelli Italia in charge of engine control, OBD diagnosis, and alternative fuels. In 2004 he was Chief Engineer at Ricard UK Ltd, responsible for innovative control and electronic projects with the main world automotive customers, including Landi Renzo SpA. In early 2009 he joined Landi Renzo as R&D manager and in 2013 he became the Group’s product strategy manager. In 2015 he joined Celli to manage and coordinate Research and Development for all the Group’s companies.
  • Antonino Fresolone
    Group Controlling & Organization Director
    Born in Salerno, where he graduated in Business Administration. He obtained a post- graduate MBA before entering the world of Integrated Logistics at the Italian subsidiary of the FIEGE Group, where he developed great experience in an international context, both in Finance & Controlling and in operating roles. From July 2010 to November 2013 he was Head of Controlling for the Regions of Southern, Central, and Eastern Europe, as well as a Board Member in all the Italian subsidiaries of the Group. In February 2014 he joined the Celli Group as Head of Controlling, ITC & Management Processes.
    Born in Rimini, after obtaining a degree in Law at Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna Silvia joined the Aeffe Group in San Giovanni in Marignano, a leading fashion company, where she worked until 2003.
    After giving birth to her daughter Allegra, she cooperated for 5 years with a legal firm in Santarcangelo di Romagna. She joined the Celli Team in 2008 and was appointed Human Resources Manager in 2013 in charge of employee evaluation, motivation, and development across the organization. Silvia is passionate about evaluating human and professional potentials and values individual competences acquired at work, as well as personal characteristics and the ability to take full charge of the role and of the reference context. She loves travelling, drama, and art.
    Vittorio joined Celli in 2009. He brought to the company a broad experience in sales and marketing gained at global corporations in the banking and the automotive industry while living in France, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden Switzerland the UK. He graduated in Economics in Milan and completed his post-graduate education in Stockholm with a fully-funded scholarship in Business Administration. Thanks to his cross-cultural exposure, and his pioneering spirit he has successfully driven the company to the global audience. By reshaping the sales team, and redefining the route to market the company recorded a sound and steady growth throughout the years. Vittorio fostered key relationships with the global players and a solid network of professional and reliable partners across the world. He has fully endorsed Celli values and took them internationally by bringing to the customers cutting-edge Solutions with Premium Design that respect the environment, the people we work with, and the hallmark of the Celli brand - top quality without compromise.
    Asset Management Business Unit Director
    With a degree in Economics and Business Management achieved at the Università Cattolica in Milan, he started his career in a primary financial association as Head of the Research Office. He then continued with management consulting and, in 2012, joined The European House – Ambrosetti, Sales&Marketing Business, where he implemented and managed important sales network organization, strategic, marketing, digital marketing, and innovation projects. With the Celli Group since 2014, he is in charge of M&A projects and innovation, and set up the Group’s Service division. Since 2016 he has been the Group Marketing & Business Development Director.
    Paolo Cavalsassi lives in Rome with his partner Rossana and has three children, Marco, Jacopo and Vittoria. While he was studying Business Economics, he founded with three friends of his the AIESEC (among the largest student organizations in the world) Local Committee Roma Tre and was then appointed Chairman of the National Committee. This experience led him to start a deeply international career characterized by the participation in two start-ups (WorkingDay and Sybari Software) as Country/Territory Manager for Italy and Eastern Europe countries. In 2005, he joined Microsoft, where he accrued experience in defining, managing and growing highly performing sales team focused on extremely innovative projects. He held positions in most of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and later moved to the US where he was responsible for developing his group’s business for Latin America. After going back to Italy he was Commercial Director for Corporate, Telco, Media & Retail customers and subsequently he was in charge of the strategic partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the Microsoft Corporation team. He loves travelling, meeting new people, being captured by curiosity.
    Valerio was born in Cesena in 1976, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering in Bologna in 2002 and he joins Celli in 2017. From the beginning, he set up his career in Production Planning, starting from Bonfiglioli Riduttori, then through various work experiences leading him to grow in Purchasing first and finally in Production, completing his knowledge of the Operations. During this journey, he lives a UK experience as the Supply Chain Manager for Reflex & Allen group, operating in the automotive industry, working successfully against the rules of this environment. He has always been active in the Lean Production and Kaizen solutions, as well as the Six Sigma approach, where he gets the black belt certification from Caterpillar in 2005. He shares his free time between Cesena and Verona, where he lives with his partner Maili. When possible, he takes the chance to move to the sea, which is one of his passions, as well as travelling and collecting modern artwork and watches.
